Jóhann has a BSc in Business Administration and extensive experience in business development, project management, operations and entrepreneurship. He leads Sæcare’s strategy, financing, partnerships and commercialization.
Dr. Bjarni Geir Viðarsson
Co-founder & Chief Medical Officer
Bjarni is a surgeon and Assistant Professor at the University of Iceland’s Faculty of Medicine. He provides clinical leadership and guides product development from the perspective of wound treatment, patient needs and clinical adoption.
Guðmundur J. Oddsson
Co-founder & Chairman of the Board
Guðmundur is an Icelandic lawyer and a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. He founded and led the London office of LOGOS Legal Services for 17 years and has extensive experience in corporate law, company financing, investments, intellectual property and board leadership. At Sæcare, he supports financing, corporate strategy, governance and legal matters.
Anna Sif Mogensen
Head of Product Development
Anna Sif is a chemical engineer educated at the University of Iceland and ETH Zürich, with previous R&D experience at Alvotech. She joined Sæcare in April 2026 and leads product development, laboratory collaborations, technical documentation and the company’s development program.
